I Love Bein' a Hat

As I stared at Raphael's "School of Athens" fresco for the second time in my life, I asked myself, "Is it sad that I know more about the Raphael the Turtle than Raphael the artist?"

I decided the answer was no, decided that I needed to make this hat, and spent the rest of my time in the Vatican Museum humming "Turtle Power".
